Speak out.
It all begins with an idea. I specialise in conversations centred on the history of British student radio, higher education student archives, community radio participation, running an independent audio production company and arts + culture delivery.
I bring strategic and operational experience in developing sustainable creative businesses. My work has been recognised nationally, with awards including Gold at the 2024 Independent Podcast Awards and accolades at the Audio Production Awards and Community Radio Awards, demonstrating both creative excellence and effective leadership in co-delivery of audio projects.
Alongside running a production company, as a practice-based PhD researcher, I am a Steering Group member for Luton Creates, an Arts Council England Place Partnerships Progamme (Luton Arts) and member of the MeCCSA Radio + Audio Studies Network, including a five-year tenure (2020—2025) as Director & Secretary of AudioUK.
These roles have strengthened my governance, partnership-building and sector advocacy skills. Subsequently, I am firmly committed to ensuring we build robust and genuine industry partnerships that support equitable, sustainable growth across the audio sector for both emerging + established creatives.
